The scope, pricing, and timelines of services are defined through proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

3. User Obligations

• To provide accurate and complete information
• Not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our services
• Not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, documentation, and materials provided by Devobyte remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made as per agreed invoices or contracts
• Delays in payment may result in service suspension
• Taxes (GST or others) will be applicable as per Indian law

6. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Misuse or illegal activity is detected

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
